1What are your delivery charges ?
Delivery charges depend on quantity of product ordered and the suburb being delivered to.

2What hours are you open ?
Our Acacia Ridge warehouse is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 12 noon.

Our Carindale address is available 7 days a week by appointment.
3When can I contact you?

4Can I place an order over the phone ?

5Do you have a retail shop where I can buy boxes and packing materials ?
Yes we do, you are welcome to visit either of our 2 warehouses. Their addresses can be found on our contact page.
6If I buy in bulk do you offer wholesale prices ?
Yes we have fantastic value bulk packs, removal packs & bundle packs.
7I have placed my order will I receive any confirmation.
Yes you will receive confirmation via email. If for some reason you don't, please contact us.
8Do you have all items as displayed on the website in stock?
Yes, eveything you see on our site is available for purchase.
9Is there a minimum order?
No not at all but delivery charges are based on the total of order and your suburb. If you do not wish to pay a delivery charge then we encourage you to pick up your order.
10I may not be present to sign for my order, what should I do?
You don't have to be home as long as there is access to your property and we have clear instructions on where you would like the order left. There must be an under cover area where order does not get wet.
11Can I change delivery instructions once my order is confirmed.

12Can I place an order for delivery on a future date?

13Do you deliver on weekends ?
Depending on your location yes we deliver on weekends. If in doubt please contact us.
14Can I cancel my order ?
You can request to have your order cancelled by contacting us.
15Do you buy your products back ?
We do not buy our products back. We have not inflated our prices to cover the buy back price like other companies.
16What is your refund policy on cancelled orders ?
We are happy to refund your order with a small administration fee deducted to cover processing charges.
17How can you afford to sell at such low prices ?
We are the manufacturer, not a re-seller.
18Are your boxes Australian made?
Yes ! All our new cartons are made in Australia.
19Are your boxes new or recycled ?
We have a large range of both new and recycled boxes. Our recycled boxes are extremely good quality and have not been previously used for home removal.
20How long will my delivery take to arrive ?
We guarantee next day delivery for all Brisbane metro suburbs.
